Brief Introduction
I am in year 4 of a part-time Ph.D. (Creative Arts/Performance, sound, and Well-being) at Central St Martins in London. I live in Ripponden, West Yorkshire, where I work as a socially engaged artist. I am passionate about how creativity can support well-being especially collective acts of self-care.
