Workshops

I have planned and implemented assorted workshops for galleries such as  Ruthin Craft Centre and the centre for contemporary craft, sleaford. I also run various children's workshops in primary and secondary schools. 

Finally I have worked for various education authorities in the adult  continuing education departments.

Lectures

 Topics covered include practise based research skills, practical textile techniques, documenting artwork, process versus product, running a designer/maker business and studio, working to commission, planning workshops, working across disciplines, promoting and marketing artwork, idea generation, planning for large retail and trade shows, how to apply and get selected for exhibitions.
